All meetings and briefings are very important, which takes place at our office or at your hotel at 5:00 p.m. one night before the tour starts. These meetings last approximately 30 to 45 minutes. The hike must be paid in full. one day before your departure (usually after the briefing). It would be greatly appreciated if you pay the balance of the trek in cash in US dollars or local currency at our Office. You can pay by credit card or PAYPAL online, but you will have to pay a 5% service charge, charged by VISA and PAYPAL. We do not accept bank checks or payment of the balance in traveler’s checks.

Strikes and demonstrations are common in Peru, and this can interrupt some of our tours. Roads can be blocked and railway tracks can be taken. However, we will try to make your trip as smooth as possible. originally planned, even if it means going out the night before the scheduled date. under these circumstances, tours may also be cancelled.
